To masterfully run projects in the form of documents, reports, tables and presentations, what a great deal of energy and imagination is needed. Seeing the overly strict premises of the world-famous network that prepares and leases ready-made office spaces, we decided to slightly adapt them to the bold vision of success. After all, we are all very pleased when our achievements are reflected in the environment around us. Not only does it inspire us but it also creates the right impression on our clients and partners who come to the office.

We were lucky that we didn't have to prove all this to the customer. Initially, the director of the European department of the company saw our visualizations prepared for several floors of the building he rented. He liked our work and asked us to continue in the same manner, taking on his coworking space. Among other tasks we were asked to design a coffee point, a big meeting room with soundproof doors, cozy individual workplaces, Skype rooms and booths for negotiations.

There were difficulties too. In one of the rooms entrusted to us there were no windows (there was no or very little daylight exposure). Therefore, in our design proposal we arranged Skype rooms and meeting booths here equipped with additional lighting. We also added bathrooms and a printing center. While working on the design, we wanted not only to solve the functional tasks set by the customer and lend a respectable feel to the office spaces but also to brighten them up, making it easier for people to work there. Since there was not enough light in the inner zones of the floors of the business center, we paid special attention to the lighting installation. When it’s not possible to fill the room with ample daylight, you need to surround the people working in it with vivid colours. Therefore, we introduced into the interior a rich grassy colour for the velour sofas, soft terracotta chairs and walls, and painted some walls seafoam green. In addition to velour, the space is enlivened by copper and brass textures, round designer lamps from the Ukrainian manufacturer PikArt and live plants.
